Delivery terms

Allforyoufrisør.no has shipments to all of Norway with the exception of Svalbard and Jan Mayen. The delivery time is usually 7 working days. We reserve the right to a longer delivery time if, e.g. products must be ordered from the supplier. We send goods in the cheapest and fastest fashion, usually as the post office's service package. Service packages are delivered to your post office. The post office sends a collection notice by e-mail. All shipments with Service Pack can be tracked. As a customer, you are obliged to monitor the status of your shipment. Allforyoufrisør.no is not responsible for issuing a notification about an arrived package. According to its system, Posten returns unclaimed packages after 14 days. If you are not at home at the agreed delivery time, do not collect the goods or refuse to receive them, the goods will be returned to us at your expense. In such cases, you will be offered to have the order sent again. If you do not pay for new shipping or do not want the shipment to be sent again, you will be charged a fee of NOK 200 from the amount paid in addition to return shipping. Any remaining amount will be credited to your account number or via PayPal depending on your payment method. If you ask Posten to return the item, and if you notify us in advance that you are using the right of withdrawal within the deadline, you only have to pay for the return cost. If it is urgent to have the order delivered, you can choose DHL 24h Express. We need such orders before 12 noon on weekdays. We cannot guarantee that DHL will be able to deliver within 24 hours here in Norway, but most of the time they are quite good.

Products that are specially ordered for you

Orders for products that are not in stock and must be special ordered cannot be cancelled. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the customer himself is responsible for paying for international return shipping with DHL.

Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period - general information

The consumer can withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after the seller has fulfilled his obligation to provide information in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the goods and right of withdrawal form have been received. The consumer must notify the seller if the right of withdrawal is exercised. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the notification is sent before the expiry of the deadline. There is no formal requirement for the report, but for evidentiary reasons it should be in writing. The Right to Withdrawal Act does not interfere with rights you have under, among other things, the Purchase Act if deficiencies should arise. If you keep the item, you can, under certain conditions, demand a price reduction, redelivery (new item) or cancel the purchase and get the purchase price back. If you make use of the right of withdrawal within the deadline, you must get back what you have paid for the item. The item must be returned to the seller before settlement takes place. You must cover return costs yourself, unless the seller has breached the agreement or the seller has, in accordance with the agreement, delivered a replacement item because the ordered item was not available. The right of withdrawal requires that the goods can be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. This means that you cannot undo the purchase if you have broken the seal on products for personal care and the like. The right of withdrawal gives the trader the right to charge the customer if the product has suffered a reduction in value as a result of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and/or function of the product. (jr. Ang Angreretten §25).

Prices and price changes

Each product shown includes VAT in Norwegian kroner (NOK). In the cart, you see the total price including all taxes such as VAT, shipping and payment. The prices can be changed if external conditions that the seller cannot do anything about are changed. It is the buyer's responsibility to keep up-to-date on current prices, for example by contacting them by e-mail. If a possible increase in the order's total price of more than 5% from the order date takes place, it is the seller's responsibility to contact the buyer via e-mail or telephone, to find out if the order is still in line with the new price. The seller also reserves the right for errors in texts, prices and out-of-stock items. Any exemption from value added tax must be documented by the buyer to the seller.

Complaints - general information

If an error or defect is discovered, the consumer must, within a reasonable time after he or she discovered or should have discovered it, give the seller written notice that he or she wants to invoke the defect (complaint). The deadline for advertising is nevertheless not shorter than two months from the time when the consumer discovered the defect. Complaints must be made no later than two years after the consumer took over the product. If the product or parts of it in normal use are intended to last significantly longer, the deadline for advertising is five years. If the consumer does not complain in time, the right to assert the defect is lost.

All for you AS is only responsible for loss of the item if it is found to be faulty or missing. However, this does not apply if the LR storeAll for you AS proves that the deficiency is due to circumstances beyond the store's control, and the consequences of which the store All for you AS could not reasonably be expected to avoid or overcome.

If there is a suspicion of a fault or lack of products or services provided by All for you AS and its employees, products or accessories must be returned to All for you AS by the buyer (the buyer pays for any shipping) for closer inspection by All for you AS.

All for you AS will not be responsible for all:

• financial losses (including without limitation loss of revenue, data, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or

• loss of goodwill or reputation; or

• special or indirect losses

• harm or illness caused to people as a result of the purchase, or services provided by All for you AS or its employees.

Notwithstanding the above, All for you AS overall liability (whether in contract, liability or otherwise) for loss or damage shall in all cases be limited to an amount corresponding to the amount you have paid or are to pay for the product with regard to and limitation to one event or series of events attributable to the same clause.

A defect that becomes apparent within six months after the consumer assumed the risk for the product (normally the time of delivery) shall be presumed to have existed when the risk passed.

If there is a defect in the product, and the consumer has complained within the mentioned deadlines, the consumer can claim the following:

Withhold the purchase price

Under certain conditions, choose between correction and redelivery

Require cancellation of purchase if the deficiency is not immaterial

Demand a refund

If the seller's correction or redelivery will result in the consumer being prevented from using the product for more than a week, the consumer has the right under certain conditions to demand that a replacement item be made available at the seller's expense. As a general rule, the seller is not entitled to make more than two attempts at rectification or redelivery for the same defect.

If you have further questions about the right to cancel, the cancellation period or complaints, you can contact us by sending us an email.
